Sebastien brings an intriguing and distinguished culinary background to the Silverado family, with experience spanning luxury hotels and even the White House. Born in the Loire Valley of France and raised in Mexico, he was exposed to exquisite culinary fusions at a young age and discovered his passion for culinary. After completing hospitality training in Spain and serving in the French military, Sebastien returned to the U.S. for advanced studies in food service.
Sebastien’s career in culinary flourished as the owner of two successful restaurants in Texas, followed by his role as Executive Chef at the renowned La Posada Hotel. He later became the Food and Beverage Director for the Hyatt hotel in Washington, D.C., establishing him an impressive reputation that later earned him prestigious roles as Executive Chef with federal agencies including the C.I.A., N.I.H. and even the White House.
