Jared’s journey with Silverado began several years ago when his grandfather became a resident at a Silverado community. During that time, he was deeply inspired by the culture and the meaningful interactions he shared with residents living with memory impairment. Reflecting on his experience, Jared says, “The community was filled with people who had an incredible passion for and dedication to the residents. Witnessing how lives could be transformed, even one day at a time, left a lasting impression on me. I wanted to be part of something bigger than myself and truly make a difference. Every day at Silverado reminds me of my purpose, and I am honored and grateful to be part of this incredible team now.”
Born in Korea and adopted as a child, Jared brings a unique perspective to his role. He holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University and brings seven years of experience working for the Walt Disney Company.
Outside of Silverado, Jared is a passionate football fan who loves cheering on the Denver Broncos. He’s also the proud owner of a sweet Pitbull mix named Cupcake.
