A native of Orange County, CA, he began his career at an assisted living community in Mission Viejo, CA, where he quickly built meaningful connections with residents and earned the trust of families and associates. Izze holds a BA in Human Communication with an emphasis in Special Event Management, is licensed as an RCFE and holds a Dementia Practitioner Certification.
