Haley earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from Missouri State University and began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She has since served as an Administrator in home health and a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), overseeing Independent Living, Assisted Living, Long-Term Care and Short-Term Rehabilitation. Additionally, Haley serves as the Administrator in Training Chair for the Kansas Adult Care Executives committee.
Haley’s passion for serving others comes from her time as a CNA, and she is deeply committed to ensuring the health, happiness and well-being of all residents.
Outside of Silverado, Haley and her husband have two cats, Biscuit and Gravy, along with a King Charles Spaniel named Waffles—who you may see with her from time to time.
