Erin brings over 20 years of experience in senior living across Maryland and Washington, D.C., to the Silverado Frederick family. A graduate of Utah State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Parks and Recreation specializing in Therapeutic Recreation, she is a licensed administrator in both the District of Columbia and Maryland. Erin began her healthcare journey as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, working with older adults in rehabilitation. With a passion for aging services, she has cultivated extensive leadership expertise in senior living, particularly in memory support programming. Erin is dedicated to fostering excellence through collaborative leadership and a deep commitment to serving residents and their families.
In 2019, Erin’s grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and lived a fulfilling life filled with joy, dignity and choice. After her passing in 2023, she was inspired to dedicate her career to supporting residents with dementia and their families. Erin chose Silverado for its shared values and commitment to innovative, compassionate and holistic approaches to enriching the lives of those with memory impairment.
Outside of Silverado, Erin enjoys spending quality time with her husband, three kids, two cats and one dog. She loves outdoor adventures, creating memories with her family and traveling as much as possible.
