Dave has been in the food service industry for more than 35 years. His hospitality career includes hotels and resorts, casinos and senior living. Dave is originally from Trinidad & Tobago. Through his experience working for the Hyatt Corporation, he received extensive hands-on training from world class chefs in every aspect of the hospitality field.
Dave is excited to be opening Silverado Red Rock, where he can lead and train the Culinary Team to be the best they can be. He is passionate to serve his residents, families, guests and associates. Salmon en Croute and Shrimp Scampi are two of Dave’s favorite items to present.
Dave is an avid deep-sea fisherman and the biggest fish he caught was a 300-pound tuna off the coast of New Jersey. He is a world traveler and enjoys reading history books, watching football (soccer, where he comes from) and seeing live entertainment.
