Carrie earned her bachelor’s in biology and psychology from Concordia University of Austin. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University and later became a Registered Nurse. Carrie has gained a wide range of expertise through various roles, including Therapeutic Specialist and Clinical Director, where she has dedicated herself to serving others.
Carrie was first introduced to Silverado’s care philosophy during a presentation in nursing school. Hearing many wonderful things about the company culture from her peers, she knew that one day she wanted to be a part of the Silverado family.
Carrie, a proud Texan, is family oriented and happily married with three dogs. She enjoys bringing one of her Frenchies to visit residents, offering them stress relief and therapeutic support. On her free time, Carrie enjoys traveling, playing pickle ball or ping pong and spending time by the beach, lake or pool.
