Bridget brings over 30 years of experience in emergency and cardiac healthcare, including five years in urgent care leadership. Her expertise spans nursing leadership, adult and pediatric emergency care, critical care, behavioral health, cardiac intervention, non-invasive cardiology and forensic medicine. Bridget holds an associate degree in nursing from Allegany College of Maryland and a BSN from Notre Dame of Maryland.
As a nursing professional, Bridget takes a consultative approach to building partnerships with healthcare leaders, applying solutions that enhance care quality, safety and customer satisfaction. Her expertise includes service-line leadership, operations and financial management, new service line development, physician engagement, strategic marketing, team building and project management.
Bridget is passionate about understanding degenerative brain diseases and their impact on both individuals and their loved ones. Her dedication is deeply personal, shaped by her experiences with Alzheimer’s—both within her family and throughout her nursing career.
