Starting her professional journey as a dentist, she quickly discovered an interest in operations, prompting her to pursue a Master’s in Healthcare Administration. Over the past several years, Ashiman has seamlessly transitioned into leadership roles within the healthcare sector. Her expertise encompasses finance, human resources, team development and clinical outcomes, demonstrating her holistic approach to enhancing healthcare delivery.
Ashiman has dedicated her career to serving older adults with dementia, driven by a deep love for her grandparents. This personal connection fuels her passion for making a difference in the lives of those affected by this challenging disease. As Administrator, Ashiman strives to enact positive change not only for the residents but also for their loved ones.
In her spare time, Ashi finds joy in spending time with her beloved 100-pound Great Pyrenees and her family. An avid traveler, she loves escaping to the beach, brunch outings and cozying up on the couch to watch her favorite shows.
