As Director of Plant Operations, Alfonso excels in providing oversight across all maintenance aspects, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and repair solutions.
Originally from Belize City, Alfonso is now a proud United States citizen. Outside of Silverado, he enjoys cycling by the ocean and cooking Mexican food.
