Every year Silverado families are surveyed by U.S. News & World Report about their experience with us. Here are just a few comments shared by verified Silverado North Shore family members when surveyed:

“Silverado North Shore has been a life-saver for mom and our family. We tried home care for her but it became too difficult to provide the quality of care she deserved.”

“Silverado has been a huge blessing to our family member and our family as a whole. We never could have imagined that any care community could deliver on the promises they make, but Silverado has exceeded our expectations. Our family member felt safe and loved, and surprisingly settled in pretty quickly. She is engaged and is truly living the best life she can right now. It’s not always perfect, but we honestly don’t think there is any other memory care community that does it better than Silverado.”

“There are some fantastic caregivers and the activities are great. In addition, the beautiful building and the presence of the animals make Silverado North Shore a great place to live. Our loved one has been living at Silverado for a year and a half now and in our experience, it is the best place available.”

“I believe that Silverado North Shore is one of the best memory care communities in the greater Milwaukee area. Its excellent staff, from maintenance to administration, the beautiful facility and grounds, the great food, and the wide range of activities all contribute to the residents being happy and comfortable, even though they are dealing with a very difficult diagnosis. I would recommend Silverado North Shore to anyone who needs memory care.”

    Why choose Silverado?

    Open/close panel
    Open/close panel

Many families shared the peace of mind they experienced when they finally chose Silverado after wrestling with feelings of guilt that comes from deciding to reach out for help. Even a family working together cannot replicate what an expert team of professionals who do this for a living and get to go home at night and rest can provide. Even superhuman strength eventually gives out. Once families make a move to Silverado and see that their loved one is better off and they can sleep again, the common refrain is, “I should have moved my loved one in earlier.” They are relieved to be the daughter, son, husband, or wife again and not the caregiver.

We want to reassure you that we understand that no one knows your loved one more than you do. We are the experts in what we do, having led the way in memory care for over 20 years. Families have shared they recognized that a delay in placement is a delay in care in treating this illness, and we know that a delay can result in a dangerous crisis for the exhausted caregiver or your loved one. Do not wait for an emergency. We invite you to give us a call at (414) 269-6598 and schedule a time to visit Silverado North Shore.

In fact, we’re so confident that Silverado is the best choice to provide for your loved one’s needs we offer a satisfaction pledge unequaled in memory care.

We look forward to meeting you soon.
