Every year Silverado families are surveyed by U.S. News & World Report about their experience with us. Here are just a few comments shared by verified Silverado Sierra Vista family members when surveyed:

“The most important thing for me was to find a place where my mom was safe and cared for in a special way that made her feel happy. We have found her new home at Silverado Sierra Vista. The staff are nothing short of amazing!”

“As families age, the last thing we think is having to put a loved one in the care of others. However, we do this with the intention of having our loved one cared for in the best way. Having a loved one with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s was just not possible for us to provide the best care. Silverado was the place for us. If you have the same experience, you can trust the nursing staff and security around the clock.”

“Their caring staff, along with their care and thoughtfulness of their residence has made the decision to place my parents here, feel right. The fun activities and active involvement with their residents is so needed, so appreciated, and they do an excellent job! My mother always says “This is a nice place and the food is really good.”

“I would recommend Silverado 100 percent for any family that wants a home that will make your family member feel Safe, Loved, Dignified through a truly difficult time.”

    Why choose Silverado?

    Open/close panel
    Open/close panel

Many families shared the peace of mind they experienced when they finally chose Silverado after wrestling with feelings of guilt that comes from deciding to reach out for help. Even a family working together cannot replicate what an expert team of professionals who do this for a living and get to go home at night and rest can provide. Even superhuman strength eventually gives out. Once families make a move to Silverado and see that their loved one is better off and they can sleep again, the common refrain is, “I should have moved my loved one in earlier.” They are relieved to be the daughter, son, husband, or wife again and not the caregiver.

We want to reassure you that we understand that no one knows your loved one more than you do. We are the experts in what we do, having led the way in memory care for over 20 years. Families have shared they recognized that a delay in placement is a delay in care in treating this illness, and we know that a delay can result in a dangerous crisis for the exhausted caregiver or your loved one. Do not wait for an emergency. We invite you to give us a call at (626) 812-9777 and schedule a time to visit Sierra Vista.

In fact, we’re so confident that Silverado is the best choice to provide for your loved one’s needs we offer a satisfaction pledge unequaled in memory care.

We look forward to meeting you soon.
