Every year Silverado families are surveyed by U.S. News & World Report about their experience with us. Here are just a few comments shared by verified Silverado The Huntington family members when surveyed:

“My family is very happy with our mother’s care at Silverado Huntington. We were worried that her needs will not be met because she had one to one care at home. She is getting great care and her mental health has improved due to the team approach care.”

“My wife was with SILVERADO for two years and eight months… It was the very best decision we ever made for her care… over those two years and most especially towards the end of her decline they were most caring for her and for myself they are the best they are the very very best…I am most appreciated SILVERADO Hospice for my wife during her to transition to life Eternal”

“Silverado did a great job taking care on my mom at a difficult time in her life. They now how to make her life as great as possible. Much better than several other options we tried and my family wishes we we there earlier. The staff are all caring and have the expertise and temperament needed.”

“The staff have been very kind to my mom and supportive to my family as this is relatively new for all of us. The staff are very friendly-always with a smile and a friendly greeting. Enjoy the family atmosphere.”

    Why choose Silverado?

    Open/close panel
    Open/close panel

Many families shared the peace of mind they experienced when they finally chose Silverado after wrestling with feelings of guilt that comes from deciding to reach out for help. Even a family working together cannot replicate what an expert team of professionals who do this for a living and get to go home at night and rest can provide. Even superhuman strength eventually gives out. Once families make a move to Silverado and see that their loved one is better off and they can sleep again, the common refrain is, “I should have moved my loved one in earlier.” They are relieved to be the daughter, son, husband, or wife again and not the caregiver.

We want to reassure you that we understand that no one knows your loved one more than you do. We are the experts in what we do, having led the way in memory care for over 20 years. Families have shared they recognized that a delay in placement is a delay in care in treating this illness, and we know that a delay can result in a dangerous crisis for the exhausted caregiver or your loved one. Do not wait for an emergency. We invite you to give us a call at (626) 308-9777 and schedule a time to visit Silverado The Huntington.

In fact, we’re so confident that Silverado is the best choice to provide for your loved one’s needs we offer a satisfaction pledge unequaled in memory care.

We look forward to meeting you soon.
