If you are dissatisfied with our services for any reason in the first 60 days after long term care move-in and after we have made our best efforts to meet your loved one’s needs, we will reimburse administrative and monthly fees paid by you and assist you in finding an alternative solution.

Pledge Terms:
The Responsible Party (Per Residency Agreement) must notify Silverado in writing at least two weeks before the 60-day Pledge deadline, stating the reason for dissatisfaction, allowing Silverado a chance to solve the concern. Pledge does not apply to respite stays. The pledge provides for money to be repaid directly by Silverado to the Responsible Party. Silverado cannot refund any money paid to Silverado by a third party such as long-term insurance carriers. Any reimbursement paid by Silverado pursuant to The Pledge will be conditioned upon the Responsible Party’s execution of a waiver and release of liability.
