Every year Silverado families are surveyed by U.S. News & World Report about their experience with us. Here are just a few comments shared by verified Silverado San Juan Capistrano family members when surveyed:

“When I brought my Uncle here from New York he was in bad shape, both mentally and physically. Silverado SJC brought him back to life! That was over 7 years ago and he is still doing great! He is clean, safe, and happy! No BS, this place saved my Uncle and myself!”

“Silverado is a beautiful held together by people who treat the residents like family. It is large enough to have all the great amenities but small enough tat everyone knows each other and treats each other like family.”

“San Juan Capistrano makes my dad feel so wanted and loved. I feel very comfortable having my father there.”

“Silverado has the most wonderful staff and the atmosphere is very beautiful and inviting. A great place for residents to live in.”

“Silverado in San Juan Capistrano was a perfect place for my father to spend his last few years. The staff always had him dressed and interacting with other residents. He felt like he had friends there. I loved that there were gardens for him to look at, pets to interact with. It was the best quality of life we could give him for those final years of his life.”

    Why choose Silverado?

    Open/close panel
    Open/close panel

Many families shared the peace of mind they experienced when they finally chose Silverado after wrestling with feelings of guilt that comes from deciding to reach out for help. Even a family working together cannot replicate what an expert team of professionals who do this for a living and get to go home at night and rest can provide. Even superhuman strength eventually gives out. Once families make a move to Silverado and see that their loved one is better off and they can sleep again, the common refrain is, “I should have moved my loved one in earlier.” They are relieved to be the daughter, son, husband, or wife again and not the caregiver.

We want to reassure you that we understand that no one knows your loved one more than you do. We are the experts in what we do, having led the way in memory care for over 20 years. Families have shared they recognized that a delay in placement is a delay in care in treating this illness, and we know that a delay can result in a dangerous crisis for the exhausted caregiver or your loved one. Do not wait for an emergency. We invite you to give us a call at (949) 240-0550 and schedule a time to visit Silverado San Juan Capistrano.

In fact, we’re so confident that Silverado is the best choice to provide for your loved one’s needs we offer a satisfaction pledge unequaled in memory care.

We look forward to meeting you soon.
