Every year Silverado families are surveyed by U.S. News & World Report about their experience with us. Here are just a few comments shared by verified Silverado Rolling Hills family members when surveyed:

“The staff at Silverado Rolling Hills all take pride in their jobs and are very patient and caring towards the residents. It gives me a a sense of peace knowing my mother is living in a place where she is valued as a person. From the day she moved in they worked to help make her feel comfortable and to understand what she needed to make the transition easier for both her AND me. Moving my mom to Silverado was the best decision I could have made.”

“I love knowing my mom is in a safe place and she is treated with dignity and respect. The enrichment helps her to stay busy and active. The food is delicious. I would definitely recommend Silverado to anyone who has a family member with a memory related disorder.”

“My grandmother is very well taken care of here. After touring multiple other memory care facilities in the area, this was by far the nicest, cleanest, most well maintained facility. After having grandma cared for here for over a year now, I could not ask for better caregivers and staff. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a memory care facility in the area. I would recommend that my kids send me here if I ever needed it.”

    Why choose Silverado?

    Open/close panel
    Open/close panel

Many families shared the peace of mind they experienced when they finally chose Silverado after wrestling with feelings of guilt that comes from deciding to reach out for help. Even a family working together cannot replicate what an expert team of professionals who do this for a living and get to go home at night and rest can provide. Even superhuman strength eventually gives out. Once families make a move to Silverado and see that their loved one is better off and they can sleep again, the common refrain is, “I should have moved my loved one in earlier.” They are relieved to be the daughter, son, husband, or wife again and not the caregiver.

We want to reassure you that we understand that no one knows your loved one more than you do. We are the experts in what we do, having led the way in memory care for over 20 years. Families have shared they recognized that a delay in placement is a delay in care in treating this illness, and we know that a delay can result in a dangerous crisis for the exhausted caregiver or your loved one. Do not wait for an emergency. We invite you to give us a call at (424) 488-0593 and schedule a time to visit Silverado Rolling Hills.

In fact, we’re so confident that Silverado is the best choice to provide for your loved one’s needs we offer a satisfaction pledge unequaled in memory care.

We look forward to meeting you soon.
