Every year Silverado families are surveyed by U.S. News & World Report about their experience with us. Here are just a few comments shared by verified Silverado Encinitas family members when surveyed:

“Silverado Encinitas was selected for my 64-year old spouse (dementia due to EOAD) following an extensive and professionally guided evaluation of a wide range of properties in San Diego. Their professional and caring staff, engagement programs, outstanding facilities and extensive use of pet/animal therapy made them the hand’s down choice for care and value. 7-months into residency, we are completely satisfied with the results we’re seeing and optimistic (not a term often used with dementia) that given our circumstances, future outcomes for my spouse will be the best possible.”

“Silverado has been so good for my family member and me. The home-like setting is comfortable. The residents are treated with respect and care. I am so grateful for the staff at Silverado Encinitas.”

“My mom describes this place as heaven. She loves where she lives now and her caregivers. This place has given our family peace of mind. I wish there was care like this for people who cannot afford this facility. Thank you for Silverado.”

“Superb facility for your loved one. My father receives significantly better care, safer and is happier at the facility than he was living at home with a full-time caregiver. Exceptional caring staff that communicates way beyond expectations. Always available for questions and status and visits to the are very pleasant. I no longer worry constantly about my father’s safety now that he is with Silverado.”

    Why choose Silverado?

    Open/close panel
    Open/close panel

Many families shared the peace of mind they experienced when they finally chose Silverado after wrestling with feelings of guilt that comes from deciding to reach out for help. Even a family working together cannot replicate what an expert team of professionals who do this for a living and get to go home at night and rest can provide. Even superhuman strength eventually gives out. Once families make a move to Silverado and see that their loved one is better off and they can sleep again, the common refrain is, “I should have moved my loved one in earlier.” They are relieved to be the daughter, son, husband, or wife again and not the caregiver.

We want to reassure you that we understand that no one knows your loved one more than you do. We are the experts in what we do, having led the way in memory care for over 20 years. Families have shared they recognized that a delay in placement is a delay in care in treating this illness, and we know that a delay can result in a dangerous crisis for the exhausted caregiver or your loved one. Do not wait for an emergency. We invite you to give us a call at (760) 753-1245 and schedule a time to visit Silverado Encinitas.

In fact, we’re so confident that Silverado is the best choice to provide for your loved one’s needs we offer a satisfaction pledge unequaled in memory care.

We look forward to meeting you soon.
