Every year Silverado families are surveyed by U.S. News & World Report about their experience with us. Here are just a few comments shared by verified Silverado Bellingham family members when surveyed:

“Silverado Bellingham has absolutely changed my loved one’s life for the better!! After moving in, his quality of life improved, his health improved and he began to come out of his shell and engage with the world again. I can’t thank them enough for all they do to make sure he stays happy, healthy and safe.”

“I never have to worry that mom is alone and not being loved. Silverado treats her like family and I feel welcomed there as well. Silverado is the most amazing facility for memory care that I’ve ever seen. I only wish all people in need could be cared for like this.”

“My grandpa has received the best care I could imagine! His health and overall wellbeing have improved significantly, he has truly come out of his shell and become more like the grandpa I knew before dementia. The care he receives has slowed his signs of decline and our entire family has been welcomed with so much care and respect, we all feel like we’ve been welcomed into a new family!”

“Silverado Bellingham has been a perfect fit for our Mother. We know she is being cared for with compassion and love. Everyone knows her name and no matter where she is in the facility they are looking out for her. As a family we feel confident she is being cared for in the same way we would care for her. Peace of mind is worth so much! Thank you to all of the staff at Silverado, you are amazing!!”

    Why choose Silverado?

    Open/close panel
    Open/close panel

Many families shared the peace of mind they experienced when they finally chose Silverado after wrestling with feelings of guilt that comes from deciding to reach out for help. Even a family working together cannot replicate what an expert team of professionals who do this for a living and get to go home at night and rest can provide. Even superhuman strength eventually gives out. Once families make a move to Silverado and see that their loved one is better off and they can sleep again, the common refrain is, “I should have moved my loved one in earlier.” They are relieved to be the daughter, son, husband, or wife again and not the caregiver.

We want to reassure you that we understand that no one knows your loved one more than you do. We are the experts in what we do, having led the way in memory care for over 20 years. Families have shared they recognized that a delay in placement is a delay in care in treating this illness, and we know that a delay can result in a dangerous crisis for the exhausted caregiver or your loved one. Do not wait for an emergency. We invite you to give us a call at (360) 746-6675 and schedule a time to visit Silverado Bellingham.

In fact, we’re so confident that Silverado is the best choice to provide for your loved one’s needs we offer a satisfaction pledge unequaled in memory care.

We look forward to meeting you soon.
