The support of others who understand your challenges is an invaluable source of strength when caring for a parent, friend, or family member with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia. You’re invited to join us for an afternoon of education, support, and sharing, featuring guest speaker Dawn Bolton, RN, who will discuss end-stage dementia planning.

This group is held in person for caregivers whose loved ones live in a memory care setting— whether in a community or at home.

A light lunch will be served.
