Board certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Chief of the Division of Geriatrics and Palliative Care at the University of Texas Dell Medical school, was appointed by Governor Abbott to serve on the NFAAC committee to HHSC and is the current chairman of the geriatric committee of the Travis County Medical Society.
