We are currently seeking a Regional Administrator of Operations who is passionate about making a difference for our Northern Midwest to Northeast Region!
*Applicants are accepted from Central US or East Coast with up to 50% travel
Oversees all aspects of the memory care community business within a designated region. This person will oversee the growth of the region against expectations set forth in the annual budget. This person will ensure business performance by leading a team of Administrators across multiple communities that focus on excellence in operations, including, sales, clinical, HR, and business services.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required, Master’s preferred
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting; assisted living with memory care preferred
- Strong leadership, integrity, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage emotions, adapt to change, and maintain professionalism
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for personal growth, mentorship, and team development
What you'll be doing:

- Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources

- Oversee lead conversion strategies and community outreach
- Represent Silverado at professional and community events
- Operations
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and compliance
- Lead associate satisfaction and retention efforts
- Ensure staffing levels support quality care and efficiency
- Mentor and develop future leaders within Silverado
- Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to state, federal, and company regulations
- Uphold Silverado’s Safety Programs and compliance standards
- Maintain ethical business practices and promptly report concerns
