Juliana Rocha, MT-BC
National Director of Nexus Programs and Engagements
Juliana Rocha has over ten years of experience in the senior care field. In 2018, Juliana joined Silverado as a Director of Resident Engagement and demonstrated her capabilities for program development and innovation very quickly. In 2019, Juliana was promoted to Senior Director of Resident Engagement and in 2021 she was promoted to her current position as National Director of Nexus Programs and Engagements.
Juliana is also a board-certified music therapist with years of experience in human development, pain management, dementia, and wellness. She graduated from California State University Northridge and has worked in hospice, psychiatry, corporate wellness, assisted living and memory care, among others, for over 14 years. Her focus is on supporting clients in their journey of creativity, self-expression, and self-empowerment. In addition, Juliana developed and led workshops for educators and professionals as well as developed the Silverado Music Therapy Internship Program and has since trained many students from music therapy universities around the country. Juliana is a very vibrant professional and a proud mom of twin girls.
